I received a corner room upgrade, good. It had amazing views with floor-to-ceiling glass all over the place. The bathroom had a great view. It was a great experience to stay in an iconic building.

The parking on site was available. Though it was not cheap! but for the location okay.

Breakfast was a buffet with many choices available. There was a variety of food for people with allergies. The breakfast staff was very attentive and willing to please guests. They gave a calm feeling.

The hotel is located steps away from the Philharmonie. It is also within walking distance of many iconic sights. The building is very special. Its location is excellent. I am grateful for this.

The reception staff was friendly. Staff were helpful in many ways. I changed rooms and got a free upgrade overlooking the port and city. Thank you for the upgrade.
